The Young Workers Volunteer Program is aimed at young adults who want to clarify career goals and gain intercultural knowledge. People that want to grow personally and gain work experience.

This 12-months program provides you with an easily accessible opportunity for effecting positive societal change through volunteering, while improving your skills and competences for personal, educational, and professional development. Non-formal and formal learning opportunities during the program will enable you to acquire essential competences for personal growth in order to become an Active Global Citizen, thereby improving your employment prospects and facilitating your transition into the labor market.

This project is looking for a young, highly motivated team member to play an active part in their institution and to contribute to the daily work routine of the project.

Project Description: Benediktushof Maria Veen

As a Young worker, you will work in the Benediktushof Maria Veen organization, which provides courses and facilities for people with one or more disabilities of all kinds. The organization offers vocational training and work activitities, for example in a workshop, and different residential options for children, youths and adults. Benediktushof Maria Veen is located near Münster in the Region of North Rhine-Westphalia and welcomes 600 residents.

As a Young worker, you will be placed in one of the youth groups. This group embraces 10 children and teenagers of all genders, ages and degree of disability.
